I finished these steak plates late yesterday – they’re made from inch thick Kiaat (also known as Muninga) and have a juice groove on one side of the plate. A neat new feature is a chalkboard edge that you can use to write your orders on before going to cook. Stack them next to the fireplace whilst cooking and you can see what needs to be done how. Plate and serve!
